Hi,
We are using the "Watch" feature in our Forums to ensure that users (who are logged into our Space), are actually notified when a new post is added to our forums. We know that new posts are being included in the email notification body content. But is there a way to track:
- If people are receiving the notification email
- If people are opening their email and reading it?
We are capturing user logs for those viewing a forum topic post using User Activity Logs, but the activity logs are not able to log if a user is opening their email notifications.
Are there any email tracking tools that can capture who is reading their notification emails and who is not? and whether a notification has been sent to the listed users?
We are using Confluence Server 6.13.
