Is there a way of exporting a site map for a space with details of the pages (i.e. date of creation, update, etc)?

I need to review 1800 pages of content and want to start by being able to identify old or unused pages.  Is there any way of being able to download a sitemap with page details on?

Archiving Plugin displays you a report about old and unused pages, and the status computed from that, like the one below.

You can flexibly input your desired interval when a page becomes out-of-date or non-viewed, and there is lot of features to clean up the old and unused pages.
