Is there a way for Admin to see another Admin's draft documents?

I am an Admin and have documents in draft, but when another Admin trys to view the drafts they can't.  Is it possible for Admins to see one another drafts?  Also the Admin that has ownership is the one that can't view the drafts.

Dawnn, it seems that another Confluence Admin needs to be able to see drafts created by yet another admin, is that correct?

If so, Confluence currently does not have this functionality. Users are limited to their own drafts.

This feature is currently tracked here:

CONFSERVER-35921 | Administrators should be able to see and delete drafts from all users

However, could you clarify a bit of the part where you say:

Do you mean:

1. The user who made the draft can not see the draft
2. The user who created the page can not see the draft from another user

Yes, another Admin needs to see what another Admin has in their drafts.

Thank you for the link to the CONFSERVER-35921.

Within our company there are some employees that have ownership for different systems and/or what they developed, etc.  In this case, the Admin who has ownership of our Team's Confluence pages can't see the other Admin (which is me) drafts.

I can see my drafts, however, there was a time when I couldn't see my drafts.  I am the Admin who has created some of the pages and also I am the one that is editing the pages.

Thanks for coming back to this thread. Unfortunately it got lost amidst all my notifications.

Currently, users can only see their own draft. The feature request linked above tries to tackle this current limitation of Confluence.
