Is there a tool to create an address list in a Conflucence space ?

We are looking for a directory tool to list all our partners, their contact (phone, email, ...), their skills, and projects. We need a tool which allows us to filter the results according to criterias when we are looking for a contact with a specific skill.

Is there a tool (like TalentSoft for instance) we can integrate to Confluence to do this ?

Welcome to the community. 

I don't know an app for this, but maybe you can achieve this with using page properties and a page properties report.

Create an template that contains page properties with all that information you need. 

Then create a page for each contact.

For your reporting/filtering use the page properties report then.
