Is there a macro that creates an option (radio button) list in a Confluence template

Hi

I am creating a template for a standard form that we use. 

When a user creates a new form, there are a couple of places where they have to select on from a list of options. I am thinking of something like the radio buttons in Windows type applications.

Is there a macro or add-on what will create a small group of radio buttons?

(I've looked through the online documentation but maybe I haven't asked the right question).

Hi @Steve Lewis,

not sure about radio buttons - but did you think about using a variable and create a dropdown. Choose $VAR and you get the options "Text", "Multiline Text", and "List". When choosing "List" just type all the options you want, separated by commas.

Maybe that's a good idea because in the next step (when the template is used) only the option choosen will be seen in the final article.

If you look out of the box in the marketplace you can find different APP's that allow creating this kind of fields, like for example:
