Is there a macro or plugin to return filter results with additional editable columns?

Using Advanced Table JQL or other plug-in/macro I'm hoping there is a way to return the results of a filter and also have a way to add a manual status column next to the results. 

The goal is to load status reports with Jira data directly. 

Example is a filter on Blockers/Dependencies that returns 10 issues.

Issue ID | Key | Summary | Status | Assignee | (Free form field in the table result that I can add status next to the issues would be amazing!
