Hi,
since some time one can add a status directly to a page (when hovering over the title in the edit mode). Is there a way to create a overview page with all the pages (that contains a status) with respect to this page status?
Thanks,
Sandro
P.S. not this one https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/how-to-list-Confluence-Pages-Content-by-Status/qaq-p/949702
Hi @Sandro Ruch ,
If I understand correctly, you are looking for a macro listing content states like described in https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/add-a-status-to-your-page-or-blog/ .
There is no built in macro or support for this.
Exactly... I guess this is kind of "missing" since it would make sense to have a "filtering" possibility for this status as well...?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
That's indeed missing from the built-in concept. Better Content Archiving for Confluence Cloud is a dedicated Confluence status and content lifecycle management app that allows you to do that and much more.
Watch how you can find Confluence pages in a given status and get an overview of page statuses across your spaces.
You can also use the content status macro provided by Better Content Archiving and embed it on a page.
(Please note that I'm part of the team developing Better Content Archiving for Confluence.)

Hi @Sandro Ruch
If your use case is identifying pages of a given status within a content lifecycle process, you might check out Breeze, available via the Atlassian Marketplace.
It features space-level and global overviews for pages to review or archive.
The feature set also includes
👉 To anyone interested, feel free to give it a try or schedule an appointment with me for a personal demo.
