Is there a Survey tool within Confluence or other DI2E product?

Looking for a tool that would facilitate distributing "Customer Satisfaction" surveys within a team.   Not all commercial survey products are accessible in workplaces with restricted internet access, so using a survey tool within an already approved product (DI2E) would hopefully generate better response rates.

@Marie France , we make an app for learning in Confluence - izi for Confluence - LMS. It doesn't have the survey feature, but it comes with the capabilities to create quizzes (tests) for knowledge check, for example. Maybe it's of interest for you too.

I've created a ticket with Atlassian requesting they create an in-built macro for polling in Confluence. I'm amazed this is not already a feature. Please go and vote for the ticket! The more votes the more likely they are to make this change.

Do you search for a plugin in confluence? 

Have a look at the atlassian marketplace, there are a lot of apps for survey or poll.
