Is there a Document signing tool that interfaces with Jira

As part of our PMO we're using Jira to deliver and get signatures of acceptance certificates for project deliverables.  We upload the PDF and the client has to download, sign and reupload.  If there was a way to interface docusign or some document signing software that could make this process easier that would be a high help.

An Agri Tech Support team that uses it out in the field for end customers to sign off Jira Tickets when work is complete. Consultant having Work Hours signed off by government clients)

I think for your use case in particular, you will love how Contract Signatures takes your whole Jira Issue and turns it into the PDF once it is signed.

The only app that I could find in the Marketplace that does this is for Confluence, not for Jira. Check it out here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1227930/contract-signatures-for-confluence?hosting=cloud&tab=overview 

I'm afraid you'll either have to build this yourself or keep you process as is.
