I want to use the AI search feature, but it's not working. I already asked my admin to enable it and it says it's enabled:

Atlassian Intelligence is only available if you are on Premium or Enterprise plan, If you participated in the beta and are on the Free or Standard plan it will be deactivated on June 30th 2024 unless you upgrade your plan as outlined in this KB.
The second screenshot, even if it says all your orgs products have the AI activated, should list each product so that leads me to think that you were not part of the beta.
I’d double‑check that the feature is turned on for your specific space and that your permissions allow it. If everything looks right, try refreshing the index or asking your admin to reindex content.
