Hi Maria,

you can export a whole space as html, xml or pdf in the space tools:

http://<your confluence-url>/spaces/exportspacewelcome.action?key=<spacekey>

Is that suitable for you?

Hi Maria,

ah, you need a backup of your attachments only. Then I would backup the attachments folder on your server directly with a server backup application.

But, is it possible to download to my pc? Like, offline?

Do you have Confluence Cloud or Server?

Server

Then you find all your attachments on your server. Ask your server administrator for a copy of the attachments folder.

Can the administrator download all the files?

how?

Ask her / him for zipping the attachments folder and give that zip file to you. Should be a simple task for a server administrator.

Can you describe the steps to do this?
Where can I find the attachments folder? Is this a folder with all the attachments? Or i need to enter in each one to download the zip file?

Look at your Confluence-Administration:

http://<your-confluence-url>/admin/attachmentstoragesetup.action

There you can find the folder, where your attachments are stored.
