I need to do a Offline Backup of my documents and I dont want to download file per file.
There is a easier way to do this?
Thanks,

Hi Maria,
you can export a whole space as html, xml or pdf in the space tools:
http://<your confluence-url>/spaces/exportspacewelcome.action?key=<spacekey>
Is that suitable for you?
Can download the files? I have a lot of excel and word file in several "folders"

Hi Maria,

Then you find all your attachments on your server. Ask your server administrator for a copy of the attachments folder.

Ask her / him for zipping the attachments folder and give that zip file to you. Should be a simple task for a server administrator.

Can you describe the steps to do this?
Where can I find the attachments folder? Is this a folder with all the attachments? Or i need to enter in each one to download the zip file?

Look at your Confluence-Administration:
http://<your-confluence-url>/admin/attachmentstoragesetup.action
There you can find the folder, where your attachments are stored.
