Is it possible to upgrade only specific users to a premium account

My org currently has a Standard subscription to JIRA.  I am eager to have access to analytics.  Is it possible to just upgrade my user without having to upgrade all 1000 people in the org?

No, the service can only have one type of licence.  You're not upgrading people, you're upgrading the whole service.
