Is it possible to tag paragraphs, not just the entire page? Do any apps support that?

We're using Confluence to take notes on multiple subjects on a weekly basis. I would love the ability to tag certain paragraphs within these notes so that I can have a separate page that gathers all the notes from previous weeks in one space. Is there any way to do this either natively or with an app in the marketplace? I wasn't able to find any such functionality.

Hi @Eric Eldridge 

If you add any of the headings and publish your page. Upon hovering over the heading you will see a link icon - that will give you access to the copy that link and share
