Is it possible for a customer that raise a request in the portal to preview the file or image?
It is so hard to see the picture. If you add several pictures, then it can be hard to know.
No, there’s no native way for customers to preview attachments in the JSM portal form before submitting. They can only see filenames and remove them.

Hi @Peder Lindström ,
Can't just users/customers click on the file to make it larger/preview it? There's no official button but I just tested this and if you click on the image once you attach the file, it will display in full size/full window. 👀

In the progress of creating the request, there is no way to open and view the file or image. Only delete the file/image
