Is it possible to create jira issue automatically when confluence page changed?

We usally write PRDs on conflunce page.

I want to track its changes as creating new JIRA tickets automatically to respond it.

Is there any way?

Hi @jcm welcome to the community.  This is very doable with an add-on like scriptrunner.  However automations are not part of Confluence Server or DC.
