Is it possible to configure the look-and-feel of Questions for Confluence?

Our graphic designers would like to configure the color scheme of the Questions pages or at least the "Questions" button that appears in the topbar menu.

Is there any access to the color scheme of the Questions pages or to the general CSS for all of the question/answer pages?
