As per organization's security policy, we need to show our confluence knowledge document to end users but restrict them from printing or downloading the same.

Is it possible to put this restriction for users ?

Thanks for help in advance.

I'm afraid that's nonsense.

To read a document from a server, the client has to be given the data that represents that document so it can display it.

So, as soon as a user has a view of a page, they've downloaded it, and they can do what they want with it.
