Is confluence.atlassian.com down 28Aug2017?

Is confluence.atlassian.com down 28Aug2018?

Tried opening a ticket via support.atlassian.com but it doesn't seem to be geared towards downed infrastructure.

BTW, status.atlasssian.com indicates it is operational.

Cleared my browser's cookies and the page appeared. Damm cookies.

It's still working fine for me, and http://www.isitdownrightnow.com/confluence.atlassian.com.html reports it as active

What errors are you getting?

Actually now its working for me also.. otherwise for more than an hour Atlassian was moving mountains to fix the issue ;) and when I checked status page, it said that everything was operational.
