Is anyone unable to submit a support request ?

I am getting the following when trying to submit a support request question

"We are no longer accepting support requests through this portal"

Has anything changed ? When I click on the link "Contact Atlassian Support" the page doesn't load. Anyone else have this issue ?

Welcome to Atlassian Community. It's nice to meet you.

That error reminds me a lot of the error you would get starting a few years ago when we stopped accepting support requests via email. Can you let me know if this is how you got that error?

I also haven't heard any issues about clicking Contact Atlassian Support, but the direct link is below and is currently loading for me:

https://support.atlassian.com/contact

Can you tell me if you're able to submit a request via that URL?
