When I attempt to edit a page using the old editor, the edit window is crammed up into the top 1/5 of the page. I can barely see what I need to edit.
Is anyone else seeing this?
We cannot move to the new editor because they have no fixes issues with image and screenshot sizing.
Hi Megan,
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Our team has identified an issue affecting the legacy experience of the Confluence Cloud editor. This has been raised as an internal incident, and we are actively investigating to resolve it as quickly as possible.
We have reverted some changes, and we should expect improvements. If the issue continues, please don't hesitate to submit a ticket to our support team for further investigation: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.
Best,
Matheus

Confirming it's working for me again too.

We are seeing this as well. We have pages that we cannot convert to the new editor because the new editor doesn't support the existing formatting, so this is a huge problem for us.

I heard back from support that they have identified a potential internal incident that is affecting the legacy experience.
They are working on it. Hopefully an easy fix!

Hi @Megan Stanage I'm seeing that as well with the old editor. As it's the old editor, I'm not sure how much Atlassian is going to work on it. I'll loop Support in so we can get their feedback. Do you have specific tickets from Atlassian that are keeping you from moving to the new editor?
I'm wondering if those issues have already been addressed.
Hope that helps.

No tickets. We use Confluence as an external doc site. The big issue is the image editor on the new editor is wonky. Hard to size correctly, messes up alignment, end up blurry. So until they fix the image editor we will not move over. Too many pages of ours have a specific layout and the images are crucial.

I can add a 'me too' for our team. I would estimate that more than half of our projects (many hundreds of pages) are on the 'old' editor and cannot be moved to the 'new' editor due to how we display images. And right now our productivity is at a near halt with this display bug.
Related ticket that is preventing 'our' team from transitioning to the 'new' editor:
I, and others, have left several comments on this page, though it sounds like there are changes coming for 'this' issue:
