Is anyone else unable to view version history today?

We're having issues viewing file version histories.  This was working fine last week. 

I've found a work around by viewing the properties of a file then using the back button of the browser, which then locks the previous page preventing expansion of the file tree.  After choosing another page, and then going back to the original, the version histories are accessible.

Is anyone else having this problem?  Is this a known bug?

Today, I didn't face this issue and able to view the versions. However yesterday, their is "Degraded performance impacting Search capabilities and signups" incident reported and resolved by Atlassian team.

I would request to check with in-house Confluence admin with your screenshot.
