Is DefaultBandanaManager thread-safe?

Hello!

I'm using DefaultBandanaManager in my plugins for Confluence 4.2.4, which are used in multithreaded environment.

So the question is: are methods like setValue and getValue thread-safe? And if not, please show me the right way to do it :)

In the past, had issues with that too.

I used the TransactionTemplate (imported from SAL)
