The picture is my Screen and I want to crop to get rid of the Nav bar top and bottom thats in the screen shot only leaving the screen itself. How can I accomplish this without going to every screen shot in the docs folder, editing them and insert the update while removing the old ones? Screen Shot 2020-06-14 at 7.14.07 PM.png

Hello Antuan,

Welcome to Atlassian Community. It's nice to meet you! While this isn't directly related to Confluence, I can try to help you with this.

Cropping a screenshot depends on what tool you're using to create the screenshot. In your example, I can't really see what OS you're using, but I'll share some examples with you.

  • If you're using macOS, then you can use the shift+CMD+4 command to select only a portion of your screen. See Take a screenshot on your Mac.
  • If you're on Windows 10, you can use the Snipping Tool to select a portion of your screen.

If you're not using either of these, look within your native screenshot app to see if there's a way to select just a portion of the screen. If you continue to have issues, can you let me know what you're using to create screenshots?

Take care,

Shananon
