We would like to include a KB on our Service Desk Cloud but we don't now how many license of Confluence do we need?
If we have 200 users that create issues and 10 agents that resolve the issues, if we are going to have only 5 people that could write KB documents.
How many Concluence Cloud Licence do we need? 5?

You only need a 10 user licence, to cover the writers.
The 200 customers will be able to see KB articles because they are customers.
