Integrate plantuml-server with Confluence

We have our own internal plantuml-server instance.

Is it possible to point our Confluence instance to our plantuml-server?

There's an add-on for this, have you had a look at it?

I haven't personally used it myself, but it appears to have good reviews, so it would be worth having a look at.
