Hey there,

When I go to type the "//" sequence, it only adds "//mm-dd-yyy". It doesn't actually put in the numbers of the date. Is there a way to change this or am I doing something wrong?

Hi @John Strawbridge ,

It feels like there is something outside Confluence causing that problem. When you type the "//" sequence you should get a date picker calendar popped up. If you aren't, there could be something wrong with Confluence but I would be more likely to blame your browser.

Try it in an incognito window. If that works, first simply try restarting your browser if you haven't for a while. If that doesn't work, you might need to nuke your browser cache.

Almost always in my world (I host 'em rather than use the cloudy versions) when something like that pops up when nobody else is complaining, it is the above. I always get a spate of such requests right after Google releases a new version of Chrome which gets applied but not activated with a restart. It seems it is pointing at the wrong libraries to what is in memory and just gets annoyed.
