Inserting an info panel a numeric listing destroys the number series

I am working on a "How To" article and have a numeric list of actions. At one point I want to emphasise an important point inserting an info panel. But the moment I insert this it cuts off my numeric list. After the info panel the numbering starts with 1 again. Although it ought to be no. 5 of the list.

How do I get the info panel back in line of the numeric list?

Sadly, with the new editor this isn't possible anymore. There is an open feature request: 

• CONFCLOUD-67862 

As a workaround it is described:

Use a table with the Numbering columns feature on tables. By doing so, you can put any amount of content that you prefer inside a single cell, and then, jump to the next one that would be the next in the numbering list order.
