Insert link to a Confluence page into a Confiform field definition

Hey Everyone
I am attempting to insert a link to a Confluence page into my Confiform within the Form Definition. (However not having any luck)
I have tried 

• Open link in new window Macro 
• AutoLink
• Link
• Insert link into an info panel
• HTML Include

Guessing I am not doing something correctly. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Cannot imagine it is this hard to do. lol

ConfiForms Form Definition defines form configuration

It does not define the UI of the form - for that you will need to have a custom layout inside the ConfiForms Registrations Control (FormView) macro
