Insert Jira Issue/Filter - How do you get access to more Columns to Display

Within Confluence, when a Jira Filter is inserted there is only a limited set of Columns to display. How do customer Fields get added as options to Display?

If you use the Insert Jira Issue/Filter macro and you run the JDL at the bottom of the screen you will see display options and that will allow you to add additional fields.
