First post here so apologies if I miss some common etiquette. I'm having trouble with inline links to a Jira ticket from a Confluence page. We want it to show as a nice, clean inline link, however it's showing instead as a link with a 'Request Access' button. As you can see this also happens with the 'card' format:
When clicking 'Request access' it just takes me straight to the Jira ticket. It looks like the ticket is open to all in my company. Any ideas on what could be causing this? It happens with multiple different tickets.
