We currently have a production Cloud Jira, and added a trial Confluence Cloud instance. I've been testing some things out with space imports and various functionality, but now I'd like to wipe out everything Confluence and start over. No connections have been made between content in Jira and Confluence.
Is it as simple as deleting the existing spaces in Confluence, or is there a potential for artifacts? Is there a prescribed way to accomplish this?
I took a look through the KB and searched through Community, but haven't seen anything directly addressing my situation.
For anyone with this question in the future, the official response from Support:
"In order to wipe out the data in Confluence Only, you will need to cancel the subscription for Confluence. Because you have Jira as an active product, the data in Confluence will be immediately deleted once you cancel the subscription. You can then re-activate the subscription to bring Confluence back to the default settings."
