Infinite loading on file preview

After migrating to datacenter while I am adding any images the preview image is kept loading and some files are unable to publish. With existing files the preview is visible but it not showing in the page or the attachments are failed to load.

Please try:

• A different browser, like Firefox.
• Clearing your browser cache, including cookies, and then testing the preview.

Per Atlassian Support, there are 2 recommendations for this seemingly very individual error case:

1. In principle, a support issue must be reported to Atlassian.

2. If it is a .msg file, you must also vote for the feature https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-74736.
