Indexing LanguageEnglishから日本語が選択出来ない為か、日本語に変換されません。

Japanese should be available for selection in the Indexing language. It is available according to our documentation:
What seems to be affecting you is that the Indexing Language can only be changed by Atlassian Staff. As of today site index rebuilds are restricted to minimize the impact of running many several indexing processes at the same time, which in many cases would largely impact performance for several customers.
