Hello, we would like to take daily backups of our Jira and Confluence Cloud instances but there seems to be an overall limit to one every 24 hours for only one of the two services. We just tried to take another one after taking one and noticed now the time has increased to 48 hours, what's with that? Is there a way we can request that we be allowed to take daily backups of BOTH of our services. We are concerned with the possibility of a rouge employee deleting our instances and you (Atlassian) make backups for your own DR policy, so that doesn't help us much. We make a lot of changes each day, we need to make sure we are backing up daily for both Jira and Confluence. Thanks!
