I have unknowingly bought a SSO plugin which I do not require, I need a SSO plugin but from a specific vendor but the one I bought is from a different vendor and might not solve all my purpose (Names confused Me). Is there a way to trade between plugins  or I am going to loose my money and need to buy the new licence for another SSO plugin

In the first 30 days you can usually easily get a refund via the link Thomas pasted if you bought direct. If you bought via a partner you need to ask them.
