There is a discrepancy data shown on the jira Charts. if I use the two-dimensional chart, the jql will return values but when I search the query manually or change the type to pie chart, it will return no data which is the expected result. Does anyone found similar issue?

Not sure why this happens, but instead of that gadget you could eventually try the Pivot Table & Pivot Chartgadget offered by ourGreat Gadgetsapp, which allows you to generated multi-dimensional statistics tables and charts.
