Hi All,

I'm pretty new to Confluence and have been put in charge of a large wiki. I'm a tech writer by trade. Hopefully, someone can help me troubleshoot.

We're using the Scroll Office and Scroll Versions plugins. We export to Word via Scroll Office.

We have a need to single-source some information, so I began testing the Include Excerpt and Include Page macros.

When I export to Word, none of the text is the doc. Instead I get the following error message:

Error: RuntimeException occurred while performing an XHTML storage transformation (null)

If someone could help me resolve this, I would very much appreciate it.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Julie,

to further analyze the problem it would be great if you could send a Support ZIP, Scroll Office template and a space export to K15t support.

Well I have never used the include macros for docs, but rather I use the multe-excerpt macros (paid) and have not seen this issue.

I feel the multi-excerpt are far more useful for documentation (I am also a tech writer by trade).
