In JSM I can see only Mandatory fields in the form also i want to see Non Mandatory as well

Hi,

In JSM I can see only Mandatory fields in the form also i want to see Non Mandatory as well.

For example in Issue Type: Incident, Problem, Service Request, Change,----------

If i select Incident then Incident fields are should be visible that is happening but i can see only mandatory fields but also i want to see Non mandatory as well.

Please find the attached screenshots for your reference.

Hi @Sreenadh ,

You need to add fields to the customer portal and then you make make it required or not. 

i.e. Go to your JSM project settings --> Request types, Click on the required Request type

Drag the fields from the list in the right side bar, click Save changes.

You can also uncheck Required button for any fields which are not mandatory

Hi @Sreenadh ,

Above comment was to update the customer portal view in JSM. 

To update the jira view, go to JSM project settings --> Screens --> Expand the required Issue type and click on Create/View/Edit screens . You can add the fields to it which will be displayed when you create/edit tickets.
