In Edit Mode - Drop down behind focused window (unable to select)

Hello, 

I am trying to add a "quick link" to a jira board from a confluence how to page. 

I can select the board, but when I try to select issue type, they drop down actually appears behind the focused "quick links" window, so I am unable to actually select an issue type outside of "task" default. 

I have tried this in Firefox and in MS Edge to the same result and have also cleared cache. 

Can anyone provide a solution for this?
