In Bob Swift SQL for Confluence, how do you resolve errors around Client Connection Id?

I receive the error below:  (user hidden)

Here are the connection details:

• Connection string: jdbc:sqlserver://xxxx:xxxx;database=xxxx
• Driver class: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriver
• Driver JAR Location:  x:\Confluence\jre\lib\odbc\sqljdbc_4.2\enu\jre8\sqljdbc42.jar

Any help would be appreciated.

One more thing, this is express edition, I do not know if that will impact the answer.

I'm not too familiar with Bob's add-on, but can you confirm that you're using the method at Configure Application Server-based Data Sources - v9 and not Configure Data Source Profiles - 9.x?  It appears only the Application server-based data sources are possible in the express edition.

If so, you'll need to show us your configuration in Tomcat.
