Improper links in Confluence login page

Hi, 

I m suddenly seeing improper links ( Skip to content, breadcrumbs etc) in the confluence default home page as below. Can anyone help me to get rid of this?

Hello Ganapathy,

Can we know what version of Confluence are you running on?
Do you know of any changes to the look and feel sections before this issue occurred?
Was there any changes to Confluence, like an upgrade or what not before this issue occurred?

Do check the LOOK AND FEEL section of the Confluence admin page, as there might have been some customization added there that could explain the links above.
