Importing email from exchange

I'm trying to setup JIRA so that it imports email into a project as an issue, but we use Exchange server. Any ideas?

I'm guessing you've seen https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Creating+Issues+and+Comments+from+Email and the fact it only handles the standard POP and IMAP protocols.

Your options are

Pay Atlassian a lot of money to spend the time and licencing fees to enable them to use the non-standard, closed, clunky, licenced and expensive internal MS protocol
Enable IMAP or POP on Exchange server (It does support decent protocols, they're just turned off by default)
Set up some form of relay from Exchange to a proper email service
Set up some form of relay from Exchange to dump files on the Jira server and set up Jira to import from file (most people miss that option after seeing POP and IMAP on the link I gave above)
