Import of Confluence space from another server

I received an exported space from another Confluence server, which I want to import into our Confluence server. I read all the instructions how to do it and want to ensure this export is really only a space and not the whole site. How can I check/validate this in the zip file provided?

@Stefan BuenemannI recommend that  you  first  try it in  Test environment,  there you  can verify.
