Import Word missing in confluence server

Have had this problem at past, no ideas why the import word function has again gone missing. Our version is 7.4.5 server. Any ideas to check setup or?

can you give a little bit more information? Did you do an update? Any other chances? There could be several reasons for that.

What exactly do you mean by missing? Is it not available all over the system, or just not in some spaces.

Previous LTS update was done at November. Function (popup menu) is missing at every page and space. Had some info maybe a disable Widget Connector maybe the reason

Oh, problem solved. Those backend plugins were disabled WebDAV, Widget Connector Office connector. Aka Version Update reason.
