A few months ago I created a Confluence template that had several images attached to it
That template has been used by many people in my company and what is my surprise when today I see that those images have disappeared, both in the template and in all the pages created from the template.
I have a couple of questions that might help me help you. First, did you look in the history of the conlfuence article to see if the images were removed? If so, that would explain it. Second, are these SVG format images you are using? If so, there have been many issues reported for SVG images and you can find an open ticket here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-1762 . If that is not it, it could be that your images have become disconnected from Confluence because of a path change.
