Images disappear

I have loaded images for use w/in a confluence-based wiki.  Uploaded images appear on some pages via some browsers and not others.  A streamlined UE is critical.  We tried cache clearing etc. but nothing seems to work.  Is this a confluence bug?  Is there a recommended plug-in that can address this.  If not, we'll have to ditch confluence.  Thanks

This isn't a known issue within Confluence.

Which browsers are working, and which ones aren't? What does the developer console say about why the images aren't loading?

Are the users who are having trouble loading the images outside of your network?
