Images Failed to load

On my work computer now, Confluence is unable able to load any images. I have checked The browser settings, used Incognito mode, cleared caches, and tried other browsers but all I get still is a Images Failed to load error. I have tried to use another computer on the same network and the images are loading fine. I don't think the issue is related to hardware or network but have run out of ideas of what can be tried to troubleshoot this issue.
