Can you download an image of your atlassian products before you deactivate. We would like to come back to atlassian when our business need is greater but if we have to rebuild it from scratch again we will probably go with a different solution next time. We would rather preserve what we have done and come back to you soon.
Depends on your timeline. Could you simply shut down your Jira server until you need to look at it again. If it is not too long you should be able to get a trial licence to enable you to get in and retrieve your work.
you can also keep the xml backup in your export directory and import it again when you start reevaluating.
