Image are being reorder after submitting page changes

Hi, Recently we are facing an issue with any page which has uploaded images, after adding the data and the images, submit, the images will be reordered (last image will go with the first paragraph and the first img will go somewhere else)

We only faced this issue recently, before it was working fine, Any idea how to solve that?

Can you confirm with me your Confluence version, and if this is only happening on certain pages/spaces? Do multiple users run into this issue?

Can you check if that happens when you enable Safe Mode and disable all add-ons?
