Image Preview not availble

Hi Folks,

i am facing issue with an image that i uploaded some years ago and now it is showing Preview unavailable on confluence. Thank you

Hi @Farooq Ahmad ,

in addition to @Arkadiusz Wroblewski , plese verify macro configuration on confluence page in order to verify with existing attachment. Morevover, what is the file type of the attachment and what is the macro used on confluence page?

Hello @Farooq Ahmad

The first thing I would check is whether the file still exists as a real page attachment and can still be opened from the page attachments.

If the attachment is missing or damaged, Confluence will not be able to render the preview. Also, if an image was removed from the page, Atlassian notes you need to upload it again to add it back.
